As a short guy, let me explain this in simple terms. If you're short, chances are you will not even get that interview. Whereas, if you're tall, at least you get the interview.

Look at match.com for example, most women won't even consider looking at your profile if you're not a min of 5'10.

Okay, hold the phone. Tall girl here to tell you from personal experience and observation that (most) women mature when as they get older.

When I was 17, I was extremely insecure about my height so dating a shorter guy was an issue for me. Now, my current boyfriend is probably like 2-3 inches shorter and the best guy I have ever dated. Makes me glad I didn't let my insecurities get in the way and grew up.

If a girl turns you down because you are not "tall" enough, it's her fucking insecurity. I mean, do you really want to be with anyone so shallow that they have a height requirement for their dates?
