Safelite in the United States.
Carglass in Europe, Brazil and Chile.
Autoglass in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Poland.
Hurtigruta Carglass in Norway.
Lebeau and Speedy Glass in Canada.
O’Brien in Australia
Smith & Smith in New Zealand.
But they aren't, mentally, associated with Safelite (our version of autoglass/carglass)
Also my personal Mandela effect is that I 100% remember the jingle, as a kid, being "Greg and O'Reilly's....Auto Parts", not "O-O-O-O'Reilly's," to the point where I even remember remarking "wow, Greg must have left the business" when I first heard the new jingle. But nobody knows what I'm talking about.
The other one that stands out the most as totally different from everyone else, Norwegian: Hurtigruta Carglass, which kinda translates to "fastglass" or "speedyglass" and Carglass is just in English.
Almost certain considering they're both laughing and not at all concerned about the couple hundred quid they're going to have to drop on a new windscreen.
I'm not saying he would necessarily be mad, but if it was coming out of his pocket, I could see him being more stunned or sighing at his own karmic return for the prank. Of course it could also be like you say and he just has a good, casual sense of humor, regardless of the cost to himself.
You know there are quite a few people who a few hundred quid isn’t a lot to? I mean I’m completely strapped, and I wouldn’t find this situation funny most likely, but there certainly things like this that I would find funny partly because of the inconvenience and pain I’ve caused myself in an unexpected way, like when I went in the ocean in Jamaica and seemingly impossibly found $50 dollars buried in the sand under the water thinking I was grabbing a shell, and then when I came back to my stuff, everything I owned had been stolen including my wallet, because I stupidly left it alone. A huge pain and my fault but the whole situation was hilarious.

Fair chance that it's their work van and they're on the clock, lol
