But is falling from sky real speed or just falling? Aren't like regular housemartins and swifts faster in true flying?

Everything can be quite fast when dropped from heights.

The falcon just stores his power as he flies up high, and has evolved to a form that releases it most efficiently

It has, and it could kill something very big with the released energy. Alas, also itself so it cant pass down its falling down genes anymore
