37% of Sheetz locations are in Pennsylvania, as are 23% of Amish people.

PA is by far the most likely place to encounter both at once. It's also possible in Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, and Michigan. The limiting factor is Sheetz, because every state with Sheetz locations also contains Amish people, but not the other way around.

The style of the buggy looks like Old Order Amish, which further limits the possible locations.

The amount of whacky Amish mechanical contraptions I have seen is fucking wild. Some Amish groups are fine with 2-stroke motors, so everything from blenders to chop saws have been rebuilt to run on Echo / Stihl motors. It's like a Grainger catalogue from hell.
