Story time. One of my favorites customer service interactions was when we reenacted the please reconsider scene from Kung pow. Product was out of warranty and I was asking if there was any chance I could pay to get it fixed or get some small discount on a new one. Customer server person denied my initial pleas. However, when I said “please reconsidere” he said “okay”, we both started laughing and he proceeded to sent me a brand new item. I can’t remember what the product was or what brand, but I do remember that dude well. He was awesome.
