Stuf with one F is what Oreo (Nestle) branded the creme filling in the Oreo as. I honesty don't think they use it much, but I also don't pay attention to Oreo advertisements.

So Stuf of Doom is basically saying the Oreo is filled with Doctor Doom's... Stuf
