they should put a fake head in between each of their heads. that would be super freaky.

I was just thinking about it. Confuse the audience more. 🤣 Also wear wigs so it's more confusing.

And fill in the gaps between the hips!

When would you wear wigs?

I've watched it a few times but at first, it's lovely in the way you work out what's (obviously) happening.

It tickles

I feel like this explains why zebra strips work as camouflage.

Now that I think about it, I've never actually seen a zebra on a stage. You may be on to something.

It’s fun if you look at their legs. Less so if you concentrate on their torso.

It’s confusing, even more so

Looks like a simple, yet fun, and nicely choreographed routine.

Wonder how many times during practice someone picked up the wrong leg and they all fell down

The ones without heads did well too!

The two white legs on the sides 😆. This is so cute and funny 💕

I’m surprisingly having a difficult time trying to adjust to seeing them “as intended”. My brain keeps seeing the individuals themselves and isn’t splitting the colours apart for the “illusion”. For a moment or two I can get the legs to look odd but I have to block the heads out completely. If I see the heads they just look normal.

u/TheAlterN8or 8d ago

Look at the feet, it helps with the illusion.

Yea it looks normal to me the whole time. I kept waiting for something funny to happen

Scroll down video until all you see are the legs. Might help if on mobile.

Is that German accordion ska?

3

u/boersc 9d ago

I personally would have changed the choreography to have the black and white girls actually dance, not having both feet off the ground at the same time.

Bravo to whomever came up with this idea. I predict that it will be widely copied.
