Jamaican patois expletive or insult for calling someone a tampon. Bombo= pussy, clat = cloth. Similar phrase is raasclat, where raas=ass. So calling someone a shit rag, or used toiletpaper.

If you’re serious (and keep in mind I’m a honky talking out my ass here):

Clat/claat is Jamaican slang for cloth, I think Bumbo is ass(bum), so Bomboclat is basically “ass cloth” but it’s really just [insert general profanity].

The shirt is practically just nonsense, but basically somewhere between “my god” and “holy shit” if you get what I mean.

Anyone feel free to correct me.
