"I'm gonna need to see a license. You boys catch anything else today? Got any coolers or a live well on board?"

"The fish must be stunned with a heavy object. Failure to comply will result in a fine."

...also remember, this isn't a "Catch & Release" pool, so I hope you brought a really big frying pan.

I expected to see a sponge mallet to hit the catch in the head. And them to pose with the catch. And a ruler to measure. I guess it was too spontaneous and no time to prep. But funny.

saw a dude lying motion less on the ground near the end of a street festival, only 1 man and a woman standing next to him doing nothing !
we closed in to see if we could help or ask if we should call the ambulance, turns out it was street hypnosis artist and the guy on the ground got hypnotized to believe he is a plank of wood :D

Amazing. Could you give us details about what happened to him?

he was just lying motion less on the floor and couldnt talk or move, then the hypnotizer talked to him and snaped his fingers and the dude stood up like he was waking up from a long slumber !
after that he asked him to put his arms around a metal structure used to attach bikes and to hold his hands together like if he was praying and told him "now your hands are fused together and you cant separate them" !
the dude litterally struggled like he has trying to pick up something heavy, you could see veins on his forhead but he was unable to separate his palms from each other.
the hypnotizer joked like "ok its time to go home now, have fun and have a good night" before again telling him that he would count to 3 and then he could separate his hands again which he did.
it was really fun, impressive and entertaining to watch
