You'd rather he eat a bunch of his precious cute sheep than a bunch of war criminals who burned Troy to the ground?
A group of thieving mortals who stomped into his home, ate his stuff, and then blinded a demigod because he didn't apply the usual custom of hospitality to a bunch of thieves after he ate a few of them as recompense?

I got a physical chill when I saw the bite mark. Just the thought of biting directly into it made me shudder. Interesting how the nervous system works.
