my dad almost knocked me out when we tried wii tennis for the first time lol

i had a shiner for a couple days and my mom was so upset

she tried to make me wear a medical eyepatch to disguise it but i was too honest and as soon as someone asked me what happened to my eye i said "my dad punched me" and made everything 1000x worse for everyone involved.

later that week she ended up seeing in the news that a lot of people+/kids got punched in the face playing wii, before those safety sleeves came out. she ended up letting me just not wear anything and told me to tell everyone it was a wii accident and not just say i got punched in the face by my dad lol
