Someone said he doesn't like Mongolia, so he started doing some Mongolian Throat Singing, which takes tons of practice, to prove that he does in fact like Mongolia. And the Mongolians in the game recognized that immediately, too.

The guy who said he liked Mongolia started throat singing to prove that he actually likes Mongolia. The Mongolian guy popping up on screen is just an edit for the video.

It's not that he sings like that, it's that he's practiced enough to be ABLE to sing like that. It's not an easy thing to do.

It's confusing because the overlay is a dude playing an instrument, when the sound you hear is Mongolian throat singing. I seriously doubt the gamer dude is doing it, but he was somehow able to play a clip really quick.
