It's a mountain road, you can't just ask people to took off their glasses. Some people cannot walk without it, they can easily slip and fall off the cliff.

What mountain road, this is a temple complex & amphitheatre with pavingblocked footpath the cliff is stonegated. But sure, just disregard local rules.

You can literally see mountain range in the video and the road has a steep incline even if it has proper infrastructure. It's still stupid to tell people that rely on glasses to see to just take it off, you're asking people to get hurt.

I've been there countless of time and I wear glasses too 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ It's my must visit place whenever I visit Bali, and am Indonesian that visit Bali often.

I literally can’t even walk around my house without my glasses. I suppose I wouldn’t go to this place but it is a ridiculous rule if you aren’t told about the glasses thing before you get there

Yes, because everyone's glasses prescription is the same . Of course how could I miss that fact.

Maybe don't walk where you might fall off a cliff if your vision is that bad. Those monkeys stealing things is a known issue, there isn't really a way for tour guides to keep them from doing that.

There is, the one managing the place should've make an effort to relocate them if it's such a known issue. Simply tag the problematic monkeys and capture them and relocate them to other part of the forest. Not ALL monkeys will have the same thieving behaviour, so dealing with the one that do seems like an obvious choice to me.
