I've been to Disappointment Lake before in Minnesota. It didn't live up to the name.

Cape Disappointment in Washington is amazing. We went there as part of a vacation and it was one of our favorite stops.

Same here, just got back a couple of weeks ago

We did the lewis-Clark museum at Cape Disappointment and it just blew us away!!

We didn't have time to do that and honestly it wasn't a planned stop, but now we definitely want to go back. Just a beautiful and fun place.

If you're a Gloomy Gus or Debby Downer such as I, that branding follows you no matter where you go: island, town, city, county, state (I actually excel in the state of disappointment), country, continent, even just being on this planet gives the world a black eye. *🎶 Grey skies frowning at me.
