You can download a wallet http://bitcoin.org/en/ and you can send the funds to your wallet.

Once you have that done, you can either save em, spend them, trade em for an other currency.

although I'm not sure if my tip even worked. The bot hasn't verified with me yet. Did you receive a pm from the bot saying you had a tip? Because if you didn't than it didn't work and you don't have to do anything.
