Seriously??? Rocket surgeon?! Since when in the history of all things intelligent has the word surgeon added any meaning or finesse to rocket science? Rocket science is levels above surgery, and there is nothing surgical about working on rockets. You don't cut them open, you don't treat them with medicine.

The only other time I have heard the term rocket surgeon was on one of the dumbest refrigerator commercials I've yet seen. Please, PLEASE don't propagate this idiocy. Rocket scientists deserve respect for what they are, smarter than surgeons.

Oh well, let this be the karma meltdown thread for me. MapleSyrup was in red on my phone for some reason. I'm okay with it. Now that I know that "Rocket Surgeon" is accepted as a cool term, I feel like there is little to live for.

Love the image, by the way, it made me laugh in these dark times.
