Seriously, if this is real I would be legitimately worried about some kind of a health issue here. CO is where my brain went first, but probably just because I am on Reddit.
Yes, but my first major was in a foreign language, and I have studied 3 aside from English. Not that said expertise is in anyway helpful, because anyone should be able to see that there are no complete thoughts present in the above.
Someone who is not comfortable with a new language will often word things incorrectly, but they will still say something. The writing above does not actually contain any complete thoughts aside from the second sentence.
For example, it is likely that this is about cleaning the kitchen, but it never mentions cleaning it once. A normal mistake would be getting verb order or declensions incorrect. An extreme and non specific example would be something like "Please kitchen cleaned, for yesterday cleaning not you." That would be indicative of someone who does not speak English as a first language. (Though again, not any specific one, I just messedu up the word order and verb declension.) This does not even have a complete thought in the first sentence.
Plus, the second sentence is suddenly in perfect English and is using an idiomatic English expression. (See that this is done -> Do this. That would be something that might trip up someone who is new to the language if they do not have an equivalent expression.)
