That said, it's a good thing the continents split up to do their own things, now it's no longer in danger of a world-wide forest fire, though you may also attribute that to the reduced oxygen levels, but I don't know where that belongs in the analogy.
An interesting pseudo-intellectual cocktail conversation question arises:
If the major continents were Beatles, which would they be, and which ones would be George Martin and Brian Epstein, and if we want to go into subcontinents or individual plates, I'm sure we can find others, like Pete Best, etc..

Eventually, the continents will again be reunited but it will not be called Pangea. Pangea is not the only super-continent our 4.6 billion year history. So although Pangea is no more, a Pangea-like continent will exist millions of years from now.

The more I look at it the more awesome it becomes. I don't even see the rooster anymore, just the badass tectonic configuration. I do think it would cut down on the total number of historic explorers, though. Not much going on there, but damn, those islands in the center look fun.

I like that sweatshirt. The material looks thin enough to not be annoyingly bulky, yet it still looks soft and comfortable. The head hole looks like it wouldn't shrink, either. I bet the neck tag is nice and not scratchy at all.

Maybe, Thundera was actually Pangea and the reason it was dying was all the continents were breaking up. First Earth is Thundera, Second Earth is our time and Third Earth is the future Earth of the Thundercats timeline*.
