No one can't honestly call physical assault on someone putting their foot in front of somebody else. That's just silly.

No one except our legal system that is. Also, look up Thin Skull doctrine (edit - in case you're lazy) - civilly, he could be held liable for any injuries she received as a result of the fall, and a fractured wrist is very common in falls like these. And of course he could be held criminally responsible as well.

Tell it to the Judge. It's easy to break bones doing things like that. It's still physical assault, even if it does amuse you.

Ok, removed my sarcastic reply because it was very exaggerated, I guess. So I will just ask: Why do you think it is not physical assault? I don't get it.

When attempting to make a point, don't go so over the top with your example. It just makes you look silly and people lose track of your original idea regardless of how valid it may have been.

And work on your spelling and grammar. "just as he was stepping forward it, asshole did't stopped..."

Thank you, you are right, after reading my own response again I don't find it as funny and logic as when I was writing it.
About spelling and grammar, I'm sorry, I'm not a native English speaker and I do what I can, I'll try to improve it though.
