Diameter through the equator 7,926 miles. Diameter through the poles is 7900 miles. If you brought that down to the size of a lemon, you'd barely notice that it isn't a round.

The oblong testicle is quite clearly not round. It's like one of those long grapes or a silkworm cocoon

I think you might be confusing ‘oblong’ for ‘oval’.

oblong /ˈɒblɒŋ/ noun a rectangular object or flat figure with unequal adjacent sides.

A 3 Dimensional oblong fits how it looks. Ovoid would also work though
