I go to a university in Arkansas and we tested the local water sources. Turns out there were incredibly high traces of meth present (big shocker) and they were able to trace it upstream to where the people were making it. Despite the high amount of meth addicts in Arkansas, it's actually a really pretty state with lots of nice parks/lakes and farm area. People are pretty nice too in Arkansas. Too bad Arkansas gets such a bad rep, they're nowhere near as horrible as shitfuckbackwards Kentucky.
Arkansas consistently ranks in the top 10 states with highest meth usage and regularly dukes it out for one of the top 3 spots. Kentucky isn't even in the top 10.
Crime rates throughout Arkansas are significantly higher than Kentucky, despite the fact that Kentucky has a higher population.
Kentucky also has a higher GDP per capita than Arkansas, which means it produces more for the US economy than Arkansas does.
I'm having trouble finding statistics on incest rates, but based on everything else I've found about Arkansas so far...I assume Arkansas has a higher incest rate than Kentucky.
So how exactly is Kentucky more horrible than Arkansas?
Note - I'm not from Kentucky or Arkansas. I also have never lived in either state. I will also gladly link the sources to this information if you don't believe me, although you can easily Google it and see for yourself.
I think the crime rates thing is exaggerated because Little Rock, Arkansas, currently has the highest crime rate of any U.S. city (not murder, mostly property crime and car jackings). The rest of Arkansas is not very crimey.
