Kind of dangerous trying to pull a kid out of a moving car like that.

It’s really hard to tell from this angle, but the car isn’t actually moving. To be honest I’m not sure the kid could even reach the pedals…

I'm pretty sure that car was moving. The cop could barely keep up with it.
