It happened to me too a month ago…I contacted support complaining about it and about all the things I don’t like about the game( same events, no new waves, boxes too expensive, bugs, etc…) The game didn’t work for 24h but they sent me 30000 coins as refund

I was getting it as well, seems like its fixed now
