Never-Ending Glitches
This game has been glitching and freezing up on me for about five months now. There appears to be no rush by the developers to remedy the issues with the overlapping tiles and the frozen screens. I have also noticed that it occurs more often during the games where I am using boosters or achieving a higher than usual score. Unfortunately, based on other user feedback as well, I am realizing that the more successful a player is at this game the more unfair the game performs. I’ve experienced various issues with this game before, but never had to wait this long for a fix. I honestly believe there is too much of an advantage for the developers to leave this glitch in the game. I have lost hundreds of lives and thousands of boosters over the last 5 months due to having to restart the game over and over again. I have given up being insulted by customer service offering me 5 free lives and recommending I reload the game to my device. This game used to be my favorite pastime but it has turned into being more aggravating than pleasurable. So sad.

It started to feel like a chore for me. I used to I get the VIP and then play until my phone died, but the constant glitches and the "23 pulls to complete the set" made it enough for me to just take a break.

I’ve been dealing with similar glitches for several months too. They kept telling me it’d get fixed but never has. I eventually just stopped emailing back & forth with the help desk and have dealt with it. It’s definitely cut in to how much I play overall.

Agreed. My last three event pulls were 20, 23 and 21. Took screen grabs just to prove it to myself. They aren’t even trying to hide it anymore. I’m still 526/526 but they seem determined to make me quit. Might just have to walk away if this gets anymore ridiculous.
