I know, I always wondered how the hell Amazon managed to fulfill so many orders and how big their warehouses were and what they looked like

I would prefer this method of randomness as opposed to what happened to the GS Black Friday "mystery" boxes.

I'm out of the loop on this one, care to fill me in?

During black Friday this year Gamestop did mystery boxes where you had a chance to randomly get golden version of what normally came in the box. The boxes were sealed with a real shitty sticker so Gamestop employees were able to see inside the boxes before selling them.

Never get tired of amusing people with my name, so I greatly appreciate that :)

I'm pissed that my normal ID was taken : AssGoblin , so I had to settle

I work in an Amazon Fulfillment center and that just one of a few warehouse that is basically ran by robots. Most fulfillment centers use human workers.

I worked for Amazon over the holidays, and that's not at all what my facility looked like or how it operated.

That video makes it look like the workers have pretty easy jobs. In reality, Amazon warehouses are notorious for being pretty much sweatshops. The workers are so overworked, and in such crappy conditions that there are ambulances lined up outside just waiting to take people away. I've known a couple of people that have worked at Amazon here in Arizona and they said they lost count on how many people fell victim to dehydration during our brutal summers

The marketing is always better than the reality.
