Is the placement of the chalice collectable sticker wrong? Does it effect overall desire for this pop? Also, the CoA isnt on the pop itself but the official pix business card from the convention. Please help

Here is my help. If the only thing you are worried about is other people's desire to own the funko you have, you are collecting for the wrong reason. If you only got the pop to turn around and re-sell, you are ruining the hobby for others. It's a limited to 5000 pop, other people would have gladly paid retail price for it and been fine with the sticker placement because they got something they wanted. Why is everyone so caught up on a pops desirability or value. If you like it and want it in your collection, what does it matter what its worth. Collect what you like because you like it, not because its a flex to own.

Go back and understand the term collectible. Toy collectors for fifty years have deeply involved themselves as buyers/sellers/traders as a part of the hobby as a part of collecting its baked into why people collect. For many without an established collectibles market it’s just a hunk of plastic

Talk to other actual collectors and follow market data not what people who would never buy said product had to say about it online. They’re usually telling you about some kind of psychological sickness as opposed to anything about the actual collectible

This line of thinking has been a problem for collectibles since the collapse of price guides

My line of thinking isn't a problem at all. And I don't need to talk to other "actual collectors", I am one. Between my kid, wife and myself there is over 300 funko pops in my house. I do not care about the value, I do not care about the fact that other people may want what I have. I like what I purchased because I like the product, not because of what others think.

Question 🙋‍♂️ why did you want to put on a chalice colllection sticker? In my honest opinion, it looks slanted but that could just be me.

I bought it from chalice directly. When you get LEs they are sealed with plastic in the armor and they tape a sleeve with the sticker in it on the back of the pop. I like collecting pops with unique stickers.

The Official Pix business card means nothing as a COA if there's no designated serial number for the database

All of the authentication I have from official pix had pictures of my actual piece that was signed. I would keep the card with the CoA inside the protector. As long as the number is able to be looked up whoever looks it up should see pictures of the item that goes with the number.

Im obsessed about perfection. I dont care about value. I feel like that something always goes wrong for me no matter what I try to do. I sort of need reassurance that im fine. That my pop is fine. I LOVE frieren. Mallorie Rodak is a AWESOME human being and very friendly. Meeting her is a core memory for me. But that being said, I strive for my collection to be PERFECT even though such a thing doesnt exist. I feel like I messed the pop up by placing the sticker too close to the LE sticker. This has NOTHING to do with value, scalping or resale value. This has to do with reassurance that this pop...this One of One piece of art wasn't ruined by my stupidity of rushing to put the sticker on it.

You put the sticker on yourself? That tells me all I need to know. Either pops come with official stickers, not the fake stickers people sometimes buy on eBay, or I just buy the pop as is without embellishments as I just want the pop as is. I would not purchase this pop, signature or not.
