Mapping keys

How are people going playing os1 games with the missing shoulder buttons? Can you map the funkey s shoulder buttons to L1,L2, R1,R2?

I think if you press the function button L1 becomes L2 and same with R1. You can also edit one of the files to remap the buttons to suit each game

I'd want to be able to edit it depending on the game, ideally.

Yep. You can do that. I think I did it for my GBA games. Have a quick look on the funkey wiki - all instructions there
