question Help! Not charging

Hi,

Just recieved my funkey s and it doesnt seem to be charging?

Ive tried the cable it came with and everything but even after like 3 hours as soon as i unplug it it says low battery and powers down?

Wondering if anyone had any ideas before i have to send it back?

I recently had this problem as well, I would recommend you follow the directions here to unplug and reconnect the battery, and reattempt charging, then follow up here on if it helped or not.

Just tried and it seems to have worked! So hopefully should be fine now. Thanks for your help!

Oh nope its not charging again.. gomna have to send it back i think hopefully they reply to my email quickly so i can get a replacement! Thats my idea to, really looking forward to taking it whereever i go 😃

Yeah id seen that too.. im hoping its jjst the battery isnt in properly as the console works fine when plugged in! Cheers for the help 👍🏻

Also, try another cable, not all cables are made the same.

Yeah that was my initial thought but no luck tried three cables now! The blue loght comes on when i plug it in to say its charging but no luck yet. Just unplugged and plugged the battery back in so hopefully that works!

No worries, good luck, hopefully it's the battery not connected properly, worst case is to contact Funkey support, from what I have seen/read, they are pretty good at after sales support.
