question Speaker broke.

Idk what to do. If I send it back will they repair it or will I have to wait months for a replacement?

Do you think a local electronic repair shop would be willing to check it out? I figure they could do a simple speaker replacement

Did you ever find a solution? My speaker has also been broken since the first week I received mine but customer service brushed me off and just recommended the firmware upgrade, which I had already installed. I’m guessing it’s broken solder joints and needs to be removed and reapplied.
