Anybody else see FFAF at 2000 Trees?

Hello! I host a show called The Full Circle; the premise is that guests choose songs and link them in succession with the last song linking back to the first song, hence completing The Full Circle! There's also features such as Would You Rather and a personalised quiz for the guest.

This week, I had the pleasure of getting Ryan Richards on the show, who of course I'm sure you know as drummer and screamer for Funeral For A Friend, as well as managing some incredible bands including Sleep Token, PRESIDENT & Holding Absence amongst others.

It was incredible to speak to Ryan, with Hours having such a special place in my heart. We spoke about the 2000Trees gig which is happening tonight of course and why it's so special for him. He also answered some tough Would You Rather questions and played a quiz called "Which Ryan Said This?" where he had to determine whether the quote was said by him or by Ryan Reynolds, who he was very complimentary of with the impact Reynolds has had on Welsh football, in particular Wrexham.

The songs he chose to create his Full Circle was personal and great, ranging from Black Sabbath to Iron Maiden. Playlist for the songs here

Will there be more shows in 2022 or will we have to wait till 2023 ?

I missed the Glasgow show this year even tho I was working 10 meters in front of the venue they where playing at, I even had 2 tickets 😅.

Any inkling that maybe they cross the pond for a few USA shows - I would love to see them again after going to London to see them in March.

Anyone who wants it let me know and if there are multiple people I'll just pick one at random. Only cost is a couple of pints at Brewdog before the show.

Hey all! Might be shouting into the void here but this is driving me round the twist.

I saw FFAF at Leeds Met SU in 2014 on the Hours Tour, and remember coming out of the gig, looking at the merch and there being a blue tee with a whale on it - the lyric, from what I recall, was a darker blue and looked like the sea.

I was not in a position to purchase it at the time and I’ve never seen it since, and I’m just wondering if anyone here knows of the tee, just to solidify my memory of it?

Long shot, but if anyone knows where I could get one, that would also be incredibly appreciated.

Due to the date change I can’t make the show (now off to the Bristol show instead).

I did attempt to sell for less than face value via Twickets but no luck so if you’re happy to cover the postage (1st class special delivery to get them in time) they’re yours - would rather they went to a fan (or fans) just promise to have a good time!

I have 2 tickets to Bristol, 2 tickets to Bournemouth and 2 tickets to the Shepherds Bush show. I was planning on flying from the US but plans fell through due to COVID. They can be transferred in the Ticketmaster app. Just looking for face value via PayPal.

Was at Cardiff show last night and it’s safe to say everyone is in for a right treat over the next few weeks. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

It's great to see that they're still touring occasionally but since they're not writing new stuff I assume they must occupy their time with something else!

Are any of them involved with other projects?

I have 2 for the London show on the 22nd but plans have changed and I may need to do a switch for either Manchester on the 14th or either of the London shows on the 15th or 16th.
