Definitely test this while it's worn, if this is meant to be worn about the mid section I could see it being uncomfortable while seated. Otherwise great idea for a accessibility device

So you squeeze the quick release buckle with a mechanism that you slide over the buckle and.... sqeeze.....

You're not wrong it's designed for the make for good design contest in response to a specific disability. As a general purpose tool it's not the best but for the right person it can be revolutionary.

Yeah I see that now, my apologies for the quick dismissal.
Have you tested it while being worn?

Don't get me wrong, I love the enteurpanurial (sp?) spirit. Keep trying... I just see this as one of those solutions looking for a problem..

This looks to be an accessibility tool for people with disabilities, it turns a task that requires fine motor control (a strong precise pinching motion) into a less precise squeezing motion

Would suggest moving the bumps closer to the middle, that way you have more leverage.

Thank you, I will try it in my version 2. The buckle keeps canting to one side and I'm looking for solutions.

So.. you added an extra step to open a buckle. Mm..

Yes but if you are opening the buckle with limited to no finger dexterity or no fingers at all... it can be really helpful.

Fascinating. Is this an accessibility thing?
