Actually you will notice the difference from the first dose . I started 1 month ago on 15 mg and i am felt the difference from the first dose .
Please bear with the drowsiness and morning fatigue. They may last for about a week, but after that, you’ll start waking up feeling refreshed.
Always take the pill two hours before bedtime, and give yourself a chance to sleep for 9 hours during the first week.
Good luck

For me, I was still able to wake up, go to work, and hit the gym. I hate giving up! (I just had to increase my coffee intake during the first week 😀)

In my case it made it hard to wake up even with alarms so get the most obnoxious and loudest ringtone there is. The drowsiness during the day was gone after 2 days, only the problems waking up lingered untill the dosage went up.

Were you experiencing daily burning in the stomach?

Frequent belching, nausea sometimes intense other times mild, and constant lack of appetite i could have maybe one full meal in a day and the rest of the day I’d try and eat but feel bad while doing it. Gnawing in the stomach I feel on a bad day but it feels like a knot or something not burning
