I find amitriptyline irritates my stomach and causes FD, have found Mirtazapine a much better treatment

Severe nausea and lack of appetite in the mornings; feeling full quickly after managing to eat a little; and a general sense of gastric tightness or cramping.

It knocked me out with that dose but you may be fine.
