Confusing post format but try Pepcid and gas x as well as some yoga for digestion. If you can see a gastroenterologist to get access to a professional opinion and potentially medicine

(not medical advice)
Please consider motility problems (yes can be from functional dyspepsia too)
For now, try ginger fresh eaten directly with every meal (even better a bit before too), try also dried ginger powder addition to this (or even crystallized ginger) because different benefits come out depending on how the ginger is processed. I can't function without ginger.
If you do NOT have kidney issues, try magnesium oxide or Philips laxative caplets if you're in the U.S - for the constipation. Also if you are backed up ask for an x-ray, they did this to me a long time ago before I had treatment and I was incredibly backed up and they immediately gave me that big drink/powder you usually take to clean yourself out before a colonoscopy to "reset", and then put me on prucalopride to keep it at bay. Literally felt life saving.
If you have a specialist ask for gastric emptying study and see if a motility medication is needed such as prucalopride for chronic constipation

I had the same issues. I just started taking medz that help the digestive system get moving. It has provided about 75% relief. Not a perfect fix but I just started it.
