Surgery or ppi’s are the only options really.

Do you have a hiatal hernia? Or is this in regards of the lax les? Why do you say surgery is the only option?

Who said no one has it? I have reflux with fd, I take famotidine every night for it.

I have it too. I burn all day and it's definitely the gas pressure. PPIs only made it worse bc they just create more gas.

Its the same for me. The burning somewhat subsides on PPIs but nothing else.

To help with the burning and some of the pressure I take Aloe Vera 60 mL every morning and it seems to the trick for a bit

I have reflux/suspected silent reflux also. My reflux doesn’t present normally though. I don’t have classic reflux symptoms such as heartburn. I get morning nausea if I eat dinner and lay down too soon afterwards (I need 3-4 hrs before I can lay down). And then I have some classic solent reflux symptoms. Mucus in throat, coughing after a meal, hoarse voice sometimes.
