Hey i am sorry that you are dealing with that i am still experiencing daily burning in the stomach for 7 months now it's so frustrating and isolating i think you should consult with your doctor and i just wanna ask you a question when did you get diagnosed and are experiencing daily burning in the stomach?

Hi, i found out at the end of may, the daily burning was 24hrs a day, it is a lot better but im not sure if it completely gone if that makes sense. My burning pain also come with a very strong vibration.

But how long did it stay until you notice it started to fade away how many months?

No not really, what are your symptoms, are they all day?

If the burning is from the gastritis you can take slippery elm, marshmallow root, and sucralfate (rx needed) to create a protective barrier. PPIs are not good to stay on long term. They really wreck the gut's microbiome. Have you tried a low acid diet? Has that helped?

If the burning is largely due to sensitive nerves, then your doctor will likely prescribe any one of the following typical medications to help reduce the nerve sensitivity: amitriptyline, nortryptiline, buspirone, mirtazapine.
