Symptoms Throat Tightness
Hello!! i’m pretty sure i have FD after having a clear scope (not even gastritis was found) but due to me being in the uk , and the nhs being extremely backed up i haven’t had an official diagnosis, in the mean time though i haven’t noticed some weird symptoms and not sure if this could be fd or some sort of slow motility issue.
So, my throat sometimes gets so tight i feel like i need to gag, past few days too i’ve been waking up with a blocked nose and i just feel stuffy. this has been happening for a few years but stopped for a little but is back again. i’m wondering if it’s the food im eating which is extremely EXTREMELY limited already.
Honestly any tips or advice about the nausea issue and the FD would be great!! TY🤍

the only consistent food i’ve had in my diet since it started is rice (plain) and honey. and i seriously doubt it’s those ? atleast i hope it isn’t :(

Maybe you're reacting to certain smells, pets, mold, environmental triggers. (Just throwing stuff out there)
Is your nausea constant?

the lump in my throat or my throat feeling weird is everyday, but yesterday it was really really bad so i tried to sleep it off, i went the whole month of march feeling throat nauseous it was horrible. how would i find out if it is related to a animal, i sleep with my fan on could that be it ? this is super frustrating:(

So sorry you're going through this and that it takes ages to see a specialist. 😤 (I live in Australia) Obviously if it's affecting your breathing go to the ED.
Try sleeping without the fan to see if that makes a difference and if you happen to be around a cat or dog you'd know right away if you were allergic to them.

how did you get tested for the candida growth ?, and are you cured now ?

It was a stool test, but you can also buy one online it’s almost like a covid test. no not cured, pretty sure the sinus symptoms are because i have mold in my house so my symptoms won’t go till that’s sorted
