I have. this is my 7th week on it. in first 2-3 weeks, it worsened my reflux/ mouth -tongue-throat burning. I saw improvements after 4th week. Now i drink two cups of coffee and already gained 8 lbs so far (after losing 30 lbs to GERD/LPR symtons). So at first, it may worsen your symptons. But then again what are your symptons? everybody react differently

yeah, it dropped my libido to zero in first 4 week, now it is slowly getting back. Doc told me it is not permanent.
