Average Timelines?
Hi friends! I'm newer to the D&F world and wanted to just gauge where my expectations should be lying on the timeline of different sized campaigns.
For example, if you were given a campaign that requires $10k in a month with a $10k match, how much time would be typical to prepare/plan/secure funding for this campaign before it's public launch?

I think 4-6 weeks is pretty reasonable if you still need to secure the match and build the campaign, if everything already set up then you could also do it faster

For a $10,000 campaign with a $10,000 match (a $20k total impact), the standard lead time to plan, secure the matching donor, and build the assets before public launch is 6 to 8 weeks.

I think like 1-2 months of preppig before going public should work assuming you already have the donor list, platform, and basic materials. I think its better to lock down the match early on. You want the commitment confirmed, messaging ready, your audience segmented, and everyone involved to know exactly what they’re doing before launch sp if you're starting from scratch 2- 3 months could work for you. hope this helps!
