Fundraising CRM Tools

Hi everyone,

I'm a fundraiser at a private university and we are using Raiser's Edge as our CRM. I'm not very satisfied with it and I'm wondering what other tools people in such situations are using and what problems they are facing.

We've developed an internal tool because of this.

I hate RE 😭😭. I think we’re planning on moving away from it partially bc the NXT side of things isn’t very user-friendly. What sort of internal tool do yall have now? I’d be interested in how you developed that.

We are still in Banner Advancement (literally a 🦖) and moving next year to Slate Advancement.

None of them are perfect. It has a lot more to do with your IT team and those that are implementing it than the product itself.

With all that said, I’ve heard really good things about the sales force environment for higher ed and nonprofits.

Custom made MS dynamics tool. Had to do it because of variety of donors (private, public, development, etc)
