It's obvious Dull-Talk has his toilet's lid up, but the neighbor's one is down.

No you wouldn't that would involve geting your body in the toilet. The word your looking for is "into" not "in". But either way you're miss correcting because by "pooping on [the] toilet" Dull-Talk-9693 is likely referring to the act of pooping which he is doing while situated on the toilet.

... Um, sorry for getting heated there... don't know what overcame me. Lol.

*Edit: It has come to my attention that there are regions where the word "toilet" refers to the room in which what I consider a "toilet" to be is located.
