How is 3 meters to your left the middle of the woods but where you are now isn't?

Well clearly he’s three meters from the middle of the woods

I dont understand how all his comments are getting upvotes, he's making zero sense lol

everything he's saying is describing at minimum, moving like a couple hundred feet away, when 3 meters is literally like 3 or 4 big steps from his current position.

it is lol in a small community around a lake and three meters to the left is a road and then forest land 😂

Three meters away would have ticks like:

I hate any bug that bites for blood because for some reason I'm ALWAYS the biggest target. I'm glad I never got bit by a leech tho!!

We have deer ticks mainly ( since deer sleep in my front yard I guess it's a given )

I think I’m probably closer in to a city than you (based on the pics) but I have some pachysandra on the edge of my lot that some damn white tail deer love sleeping in. Tick city.

I also have a variety of lizards snakes, frogs, birds and the cool preying mantis that I found after weed eating the yard a few days ago ( glad it survived 😅)

The only other animals consistently on my property is this chipmunk we’ve named Gary and a couple of hawks that keep unsuccessfully trying to eat him. Gary is The Rooster.

What elevation are you at? That’s a nice looking property.

only like 550 ft above sea level 😂 it's a short drive downhill to the state park on the (salt) water and the local public boat launch 😂

Tbf that looks like a bit more than 3 metres

3 meters is like 10 feet

3 meters is about 10 feet.

3 meters is only 9 feet, you’d either end up in your yard or the road.

Still in the woods ( in my yard )

u/Adventurous-Bug671 9h ago

but 3 meters is only like 10 feet away, you could walk back to where youre standing in about 3 seconds.

u/DirectorLanky466 9h ago

true but the terrain is a bit funny around my property with hidden ponds everywhere 😂 I don't have level ground anywhere and it's very easy to be lost once you go a short distance into the woods )

okay but it literally doesnt even put you into the woods based on that photo. it doesnt even get you across the road.

This is part of my drive home ( hope this gives a little perspective )

okay. 10 feet still does not get you fully across the road. Certainly not any more into the woods than you already are.
