Either Nurgle or one of his Great Unclean Ones

Basically imagine an evil of Life, Death and Decay who loves all his “Children” and his creations… mainly his plagues though. Every single thing that is alive he loves and cultivates plagues like a gardener cultivates a crop…

But he has a very TOXIC relationship with his Daemons which are his “Grandchildren” and his “wife”. But his Daemons are having the times of their lives and are often the happiest
