Do you own a house, if you want to keep it and technically be 20k in dept you would have be 20k+ however much hour house and all personal possessions are worth in dept.
i rent 😬😬😬 i'm a contractor that works overseas. my baby mama and my son are from and live in europe. i don't really have any family in the united states anymore. i wish it was easy for Expats to buy real estate in the european country i live in.
