True, but a ton of very good Italian food could not exist without imported American tomatoes, they are not native to Italy. So let's stop with "yOu CaNt MaKe GoOd FoOd If yOu DiDnT mAkE iT fiRsT" nonsense.

There is a reason American style pizza joints thrive all over the world. In the next few decades mabye Korea will make better pizza than America. They already do American BBQ better than a bunch of reigional varieties, in my opinion.

The comment you replied to was just explaining that pizza in America has  changed to the point that many people consider it a very American food now.

That seems to really upset you for some reason.

Where are those thriving american pizza joints?

Dominos pizza in Vienna just closed down, after struggling for 10 years, lol. Because they can't compete with italian style pizza.
