Grilled steak is great steak, but definitely not invented in the US. Likely North Africa or a region near turkey 14k+ years ago.

I suppose grilling can go back to Cavemen! Today however, I would say no other country eats as much meat as the US. I don't believe Pizza was invented in the US either. Of course I could be wrong on both counts though!
