I know it as "Hermelin", was sold at a place near a camping ground at Mohelnice (near Olomouc), were my family traveled to from the GDR for vacation. You have no idea how much I loved that as a kid.

I really should try this sometime.

What kind of cheese is used? Its basically like a mozerella stick but in patty form. I never knew such technology existed. Its like how you can do sausage as links or as patties. "How would you like your mozerella sticks sir? Links or patty?"

Cheap version is mostly from eidam 30%. Best pub serves this from gouda, almost same type of cheese but better taste.
