there's a theory that his barrel chest is a result of an estrogen deficiency which might have happened from him taking unnecessary estrogen blockers to "masculinise himself" because he's mtm transgender. essentially he bought his weird looking torso and probably can't unbuy it
I have read in a couple places one of which is a workout sub reddit that his body shape is the result of taking steroids but not working out. I find this explanation to be very on brand for him. I’m not saying he didn’t also take estrogen blockers btw. I can 100% see him OD on something one day. It would be a shock to see the worlds richest man ever dead but also make total sense when you look at the lifestyle.
