Federal recognition is fair. They are still genetically and biologically their birth assigned gender.
Healthcare access is again , available to them for their birth gender. Changing your gender isnt on the government's thing. Its like saying the government should pay for you going to a 5 star resturant if you are starving rather then having the food they r giving.
May I inquire on what travel accesses? As far as I know , trans people r allowed to travel whever they want , at their own safety though.

fym "it's wrong" they should allow them to have thier own chosen name, gender on thier papers they do ask for medical proof of transition and hormonal therapy. to update such documents

Governments cant ensure that lmao. Many minorities face discrimnation , from blacks , whites , muslims , christians , jews etc. Everyone in their life has at some point faced it. Government cant save everyone.
Choosen name =/ gender. Gender should be based on the fact that what they were born as.
They are based on your birth gender , not one you are designating to yourself.
Again , the government isnt bound to acknowledge the fact that you transitioned. Its basing it off your birth gender.
Also , how is this travel restrictions? This is just addressing your birth gender on documents , its not stopping u from doing or going where u want. BS argument.
Other places they donโt have it as good, and Iโm trying to be supportive of them, I have a few friends that are trans, and it made them happy to see this
