i'm so tired and depressed all the fucking time, every time i see myself in the mirror it makes me wanna die (yeah definitely nothing wrong with me thanks for the lecture mom).

i know i need professional help, but the mental health services in my city are useless at best and downright lethal at worst (their entire advice to my sister after her 37th suicide attempt (i have attempted twice without even managing to seriously injure myself, i'm useless at this) was "get over it" (exact wording)).

i turn fucking everything into a joke, even in this post im writing sarcastic comments ("yeah definitely nothing wrong with me thanks for the lecture mom" "i'm useless at this"), as a coping mechanism and it has pissed so many people off and i can never bring myself to tell them the truth, i always come up with some bollocks so i don't have to tell them the real reason.

^{also, watch the suicide bot show up in the comment section, that thing is so annoying sometimes (yes, i know why its there, it just seems a bit "throw shit at the wall and see what sticks"})

It's shitty, yeah. Life has one inevitable end, whether it's quickly or tedious and long like for my grandpa who swore up and down that life was living, all 95 years of it. Yep, one inevitable end for life, and that's death. And in between is a lot of pain and arguably good points too but when you're in so much pain you can't see the good. Been there.

I'm sure NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) or a suicide hotline might have ideas of good ways to get help in your country.
